As counsellors we are very much aware of the devastating impact anxiety and depression can have on people and their daily lives. Anxiety and depression can significantly disrupt life by impairing concentration, motivation, and decision-making, leading to difficulties in personal relationships, work performance, and overall well-being. Individuals may experience physical symptoms such as restlessness or fatigue, as well as emotional challenges like excessive worry or irritability, making it hard to engage in routine activities or enjoy leisure time. Over time, untreated anxiety can contribute to avoidance behaviours, social isolation, and a diminished quality of life, highlighting the importance of seeking appropriate support and coping strategies.

This is why we have created Dance like no one is watching!

"Dance like no one is watching" encourages people to express themselves freely and authentically, embracing joy and creativity without the fear of judgment. It serves as a reminder to let go of inhibitions and fully immerse oneself in the moment, celebrating individuality and the pure pleasure of movement. You will find yourself amongst likeminded people in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can sing along and dance and be supported like no one is watching.
